Tower of London
This stunning building was a Palace and fortress and for many years used as a prison for royalty and clergy.
Famous for political intrigue this beautiful Palace is where many Royals spent their last days. Queen Anne Boleyn who was mother of Elizabeth 1 was beheaded for treason against Henry V111 and many still say her ghost haunts the Tower today.
London Eye
This great London attraction majestically towers over the river Thames and offers the most amazing views of the city of London.
You can see London's famous streets and on a clear day you can even see Windsor Castle.
London Dungeon
The popular London Dungeon is situated on Southbank and is definitely a must to visit as it gives a good insight into the history of London.

Dali Universe
The exhibition is located in County Hall Gallery and is a permanent exhibition of the work of the very famous Catalan Surrealist Salvador Dal�.
Dreams were a huge influence in Dali's life and were expressed in symbols from his subconscious state of mind.
His work is arranged into three themes - 'Sensuality and Femininity', 'Religon and Mythology' and 'Dreams and Fantasy' which portray his work from the 1960s to 1980s.

St Paul's Cathedral

Kensington Palace

Buckingham Palace
The Palace has been the official London residence of Britain's Monarchs since 1837.
It has a total of 775 rooms and the State Rooms of the Palace are open to the public from August to September.
Westminster Abbey

This beautiful Gothic building is famous for the pomp and pageantry of the royal weddings and funerals held here.
Houses of Parliament
The Houses of Parliament is one of the top London attractions overlooking the River Thames and Southbank.
This magnificent Gothic building is situated in Parliament Square next to the River Thames.
Although Guy Fawkes attempted to blow it up in 1605, in 1834 a disastrous fire destroyed most of the Palace of Westminster.

The National Gallery
This beautiful art gallery is one of the top London attractions and overlooks Trafalgar Square in central London.

Shakespeare Globe Theatre
London attractions wouldn't be complete without a visit to the Globe Theatre on Southbank. This thatched wooden reconstruction of the original open-air playhouse is where many of William Shakespeare most famous plays were written and performed.
This replica of the orginal (which was just 200 yards away), is the brainchild of American actor and director Sam Wanamaker father of the popular UK actress Zoe Wanamaker.
Portobello Road Market
One of the top London attractions is Portobello Road Market street market it west London.
Situated in the trendy area of Notting Hill in central London, Portobello Road also has a very popular antiques market which attracts many people from all over the world.
Borough Market
London Attractions such as Borough Market are a joy to visit. This is London's oldest food market which has occupied its present site for 250 years.
The market was established on the Southbank and is spread over a few small cobbled streets. Borough is the oldest part of the London borough of Southwark and for many years was famous for its bawdy inns and unsavoury lifestyle.
